Our Founder Story
Jose Luis Rivera
Jose Luis Rivera discovered his passion early on, combining natural artistic ability with a love for mathematics. He pursued architectural drafting and design in school, and by 18 years old had already completed his first remodeling project while earning his degree. What began as a summer construction job quickly grew into a career dedicated to building, design, and client-focused service.
Over the years, Jose expanded his expertise from property rehabs and flips to large-scale projects, eventually partnering with major builders like KB Home and Lennar. His adaptability carried him through the 2008 market crash and into the the Southern California construction market, where he continued to refine his craft and develop a reputation for professionalism, efficiency, and quality.
In 2018, Jose brought his talents to Cabo San Lucas, where his clean, efficient builds, bilingual communication skills, and caring leadership style set him apart. Word of his reliability and workmanship quickly spread, leading to multiple high-end projects, including two in the prestigious community of Pedregal. Today, he has completed eight custom builds in Cabo with three more underway.
What makes him unique is his personal approach. He works closely with every client, ensuring each home reflects both their needs and lifestyle. His easygoing yet detail-oriented nature creates a collaborative process where clients feel heard, involved, and proud of the final result. For Jose, every project is more than construction—it’s about creating lasting relationships and homes that truly feel custom, personal, and timeless.
